Frank Dixon (Total Corporate Responsibility)

Frank Dixon is a Managing Director of Innovest Strategic Value Advisors, a financial services firm based in New York, London, Paris, Madrid and Toronto. His experience includes advising business and government on sustainability, system change and enhancing financial performance through increased corporate responsibility. His work at Innovest includes developing methodologies for assessing the relative financial impacts of corporate environmental and social strategies. Dixon also oversees the analysis of nearly 2,000 companies around the world, then helps financial sector clients use this research to develop socially-responsible investment products.

Prior to joining Innovest, he worked as a management consultant, specializing in the energy and manufacturing sectors, where his work included advising companies on improving competitive position through enhanced environmental and social performance. Earlier, he worked in the financial area, arranging debt and equity financing for major energy facilities and venture financing for early stage manufacturing companies. He has an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
