Danielle Fraillon

Dani is an Associate of the Institute of Human excellence and has been consulting in Australia and internationally for the past 12 years. Dani specialises in Organisational Culture, Leadership and Communications consulting through strategic advice, coaching, and facilitation methodologies.

Prior to running her own consulting firm, The Fraillon Group, she was a Managing Partner at Chandler Macleod Group Consulting having joined Chandler Macleod as part of the purchase of the Mettle group where she was a partner. Prior to Mettle, Dani spent 8 years with RogenSi International, where she was a director and global practice leader in the Driving Change and Performance area. She has a background in Senior Management in both PR and Marketing, as well as 7 years in the Health & Science sectors. Dani is a Paul Harris Fellow, sits on Not-for-profit committees and was awarded a Community Leadership award in 2003.

Dani regularly works with Senior Executives in the areas of Organisational change, Leadership Communications, strategic communication, driving business performance and aligning their people to the desired goals. This work includes coaching, training and consulting giving her clients the choice as to the most appropriate way of working with them to cater for their needs.

Her career began in medical research at Monash University in Victoria, from there she completed a Design Degree and ran her own business as an Interior Designer in the Commercial Sector. After the birth of her third child Dani held several Senior management roles in the health sector in the areas of PR and Marketing. This varied experience allows Dani to understand business issues and drivers across a diverse range of sectors.

Dani has worked extensively in the Engineering, IT, Power, Construction, Financial, Professional Services, Consumer Goods, Recruitment, Health and Government sectors.

Dani has Science, Interior Design, Marketing and PR qualifications. She is an accredited Human Synergistics, Culture Transformation Tool and Extraordinary Leader consultant.
