Philippe Rosinski

Philippe RosinskiPhilippe Rosinski is an expert in executive coaching, team coaching, and global leadership development, sought after by leading international corporations. His international corporate clients include Unilever, Chubb Insurance, Baxter Healthcare and IBM.

He is the author of Coaching Across Cultures (Nicholas Brealey Publishing/Intercultural Press, 2003) and his pioneering work in bringing the crucial intercultural dimension into the practice of coaching has won him worldwide acclaim.

Philippe Rosinski is the first European to have been designated Master Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation. He was also the initiator and the president of the first European Executive Coaching Summit, and the Director of Custom Programs at the Center for Creative Leadership Europe.

Philippe Rosinski has spoken on many occasions at international conferences. He recently delivered the opening keynotes at the European Mentoring & Coaching Conference and for the Human Resource Planning Society in New York.

His goal is to help people honor their true desires, live happier and more productive lives. His approach fosters genuine commitment, essential for sustainable peak performance. It enables people to build thriving teams and organizations, and to bring a constructive contribution to society.

Prior to his career in coaching and leadership development, he spent six years in the engineering field as a software engineer in the Silicon Valley, California, and as a project manager in Brussels.

Philippe Rosinski received an Electrical and Mechanical Engineering degree from the Ecole Polytechnique in Brussels. He holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and the Cepac post-graduate business degree from the Solvay Business School in Brussels. He is also certified to use a broad variety of psychometric instruments.
